One system, three solutions

The new HST 85 mm door system is, on the one hand, a response to expectations in terms of creating increasingly larger window structures, and on the other hand, through structural changes, and above all the possibility of using wider glazing units up to 51 mm wide, it allows for obtaining above-average properties in terms of thermal insulation. A novelty in this segment is the modular nature of the structure, which allows for three optional product configurations, depending on the expected thermal parameters.

Thanks to the freedom to choose different combinations of profiles in the door lintel and threshold sections, we can choose between three options: Basic, Standard and Premium, which are aimed at different groups of recipients with different requirements regarding thermal insulation.

Due to the increase in the depth of the sashes used in the HST balcony door structures to 85 mm, the sealing node on the line of overlap of the sections of the moving and fixed parts was also modified. The flat seal used so far was replaced with an EPDM seal with a tubular cross-section. By slightly increasing the values of the operating forces necessary to completely close the sashes, a significant increase in the airtightness of the joint was achieved.

Barrier-free threshold? With HST doors it's possible!

HST doors are a modern and safe solution, designed to eliminate ubiquitous barriers. A low 48 mm high door threshold, which can be recessed from the room side in its entire height, meets the requirements for buildings without architectural barriers and allows for trouble-free entry and exit. Thanks to special overlays, it is also possible to level the threshold with the floor surface and thus completely eliminate architectural barriers.
