Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The Administrator, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, is PLASTBUD Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Bochnia (postal code: 32-700) at ul. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 12 (hereinafter "We", "PLASTBUD", "PLASTBUD Sp. z oo Sp. k." or "Company").

What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data by PLASTBUD?

We process your personal data because it is necessary to conduct the request for quotation procedure and then to execute the contract concluded with you (your order), including:

• contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services;
• handling complaints in the event you submit such a complaint;

Additionally, legal regulations require us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes.

We also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of PLASTBUD Sp. z o. o. Sp. k., which is:

• conducting marketing activities towards you, including direct marketing of PLASTBUD Sp. z o. o. Sp. k.'s own services or services or goods of third parties;
• contacting you, including for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, through available communication channels, in particular and with your consent – ​​by e-mail and telephone;
• support for insurance services for purchased goods;
• ensuring the provision of payment services;
• debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
• storing data for archiving purposes, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with legal obligations).

To the extent that your data is processed based on consent? you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that we carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Do you have to provide us with your personal information?

We require you to provide the following personal data in order to be able to conduct the request for quotation procedure and then possibly conclude and execute the contract concluded with you, and thus provide you with the service:

• first name and last name,
• e-mail adress,
• phone,
• information about the company and its address, its Tax Identification Number,
• address

If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to carry out the request for quotation procedure and subsequently conclude a contract with you –
and consequently you will not be able to use PLASTBUD services.

If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary for, e.g., accounting or tax purposes. Apart from these cases, providing your data is voluntary.

What rights do you have towards the Company regarding processed data?

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

• the right to withdraw consent to data processing,
• the right to access your personal data,
• the right to request rectification of your personal data,
• the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
• the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
• the right to object to the processing of your data - due to your specific situation, in cases where we process your data based on our legitimate interest. Apart from such cases, you have the right to object
• at any time also to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes – to the extent that the processing of this data is related to such direct marketing. Remember that you can exercise your right to object from 25 May 2018,
• the right to transfer your personal data – i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used computer format that is machine-readable. You can send this data to another data controller or request that we send your data to another controller. However, we will only do this if such a transfer is technically possible. You only have the right to transfer your personal data with respect to the data that we process on the basis of an agreement with you or on the basis of your consent.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint in connection with our processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, which is currently the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (address: Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) – this authority is competent for complaints filed before May 25, 2018. After May 25, 2018 – complaints should be filed with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Our suppliers, to whom we commission services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers, the entity maintaining our accounting, the supplier of goods to the place indicated by you. Such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

How long do we store your personal data?

We store your personal data for the time necessary to conduct the request for quotation procedure, and in the event of concluding a contract with you - for the duration of that contract, as well as after its termination for the purposes of:

• pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
• performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting provisions,
• archiving,

– for the period necessary to exercise our rights and obligations under the law.

We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.

For the purposes of accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will store data for the period in which the Company is obliged to retain the data or documents containing them in order to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

We will not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling).
